We recently caught up with one of our Business Club members Joe Hanson, Director and Co-Founder of Hanson & Co Property Investments.
Joe runs his entire business from The Landmark, with the status of our historic building allowing Hanson & Co Property Investments to grow, providing a prestigious shop front for the business.
Alongside using our co-working space, meeting rooms, conference facilities and more, Joe regularly attends Friday drinks in The Lounge, which not only provides a chance to wind down after a busy week with our Happy Hour offering, but also the opportunity to collaborate and get business done with other members.

Hanson & Co offer a property investment service where they help landlords grow their portfolios.
Offering a one-stop shop for all things property including property management and refurbishment, they thrive off refurbishing older properties and putting them back into the community.
It is that passion for history which attracted Hanson & Co to The Landmark, with Director Joe impressed by the restoration project which took place, not only retaining the history of the former Burnley Grammar School but also bringing a fantastic new facility to Burnley.
